Why Did Jesus Come?

Happiness is based on circumstances. Joy is based on certainty. God sent Jesus to us so that His word might become flesh and live among us. He wanted Jesus to become an earthly example of the certainty of His promise to be a light unto the world, to give life in its fullness and to bring a sword to help us win our spiritual battles. This is the firm foundation of certainty that faith is built upon…and brings us Joy.
