Dr. Richard Stoller will present key aspects of his experiences leading the Spacecraft
System Design Team for the design and development of the $1.5B Cassini
spacecraft. Launched in 1997, it has been investigating space and the Saturnian
system sending photos and scientific data to earth for 20 years. The spacecraft
ended its mission on September 15, 2017 with a spectacular dive inside the rings
to burn up in the Saturnian atmosphere. Richard will also share part of his
parallel journey of discovery investigating not only items of space and Saturn, but
studying elements and questions of the reliability and authenticity of the Bible.
